A walking bridge leads from the parking area, winding through the rice fields, and gradually guiding you to the homestay. This setting creates a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a private retreat, recharging your energy in the heart of nature.
The interior design of the homestay primarily uses teak wood and local materials, providing a warm and harmonious feel that blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment. The area is surrounded by various types of trees, offering a tranquil, shaded atmosphere.
Rooms
The homestay has only 6 rooms in total, consisting of 3 private riverside cottages and the "Bird Wing House", a large house located in the middle of the rice fields, which has 3 separate rooms.

Lomhaijai (no.1)
This house is designed to blend with the landscape, mimicking the terraced rice fields. The interior features steps that lead down to a balcony by the river, offering a beautiful view of the water from the bedroom. Most of the materials used are real teak wood, with the wooden floors providing a warm feel and preventing cold feet during winter. The design also incorporates materials like wicker, woven bamboo, and chandeliers for decoration. The room is surrounded by glass walls, allowing guests to enjoy views of the rice fields and mountains.
On the side of the room, there is a private garden and a staircase leading to the river from the balcony.
The outdoor bathtub on the balcony is equipped with a water heater, and bath foam services are provided by staff.
Breakfast (American breakfast), afternoon tea, and local dinner are served directly to the room.

This house is designed to emphasize the open-air view, with unobstructed views of the mountains and the Maung River. It is designed to bring you closer to nature, allowing you to soak in the outdoor bathtub while enjoying the view of the valley and the sound of the flowing water. The real teak wood flooring provides a warm feeling, complemented by woven bamboo and wickerwork, with trees surrounding the space.

This house is designed with an exceptionally high, open ceiling to create a spacious, airy, and comfortable atmosphere. The exterior is shaded by a woven bamboo roof, and the balcony features a Jacuzzi with a massage system. The headboard wall is made from wicker, reed mats, and wood, framed with unique patterns. A horse sculpture serves as an artistic centerpiece next to the Jacuzzi. The real teak wood flooring provides warmth, even in the winter months.

Wing of a bird House (A)
This room is designed with a stepped layout, featuring large vinyl flooring framed with wood, creating a headboard wall. The decor includes cute lamps, wicker, traditional bamboo baskets, and wooden furniture. The curtains are made from local Nan fabric.
The entire floor is made of real teak wood, giving a warm feeling even in the winter.
The ceiling follows the diagonal line of the roof's shape. In the center, there is a gallery where you can admire artwork. Breakfast is served in a traditional khantoke style for 2 guests in the central area of the house. There is also a triangular mesh netting where guests can sit and enjoy the view.

The accommodation is not suitable for small children or elderly people due to the relatively long entrance bridge (130 meters).

The number of guests allowed is strictly limited. If the number of guests exceeds the stated number at the time of booking, we reserve the right to deny entry for the extra guests.

If bed sheets are stained with menstruation or wine, a cleaning fee of 1,000 THB will be charged to replace the linens.

Tents are not allowed to be set up within the resort.

Loud noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed. We reserve the right to enforce a no-noise policy from 9.30pm onwards, as per the village regulations. (The accommodation is not suitable for parties or gatherings).

If any resort property is damaged or lost, the guest will be required to compensate for the loss at the value of the item.

How to Get to Lomhaijai Homestay
The homestay is located just 800 meters from the 800-year-old Bo Kluea Salt Well and 400 meters from the Walking Street. Guests can visit the ancient salt wells, observe traditional salt boiling methods, and experience the local culture. Along this street, there are local restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, and foot spas.
It takes approximately 2 hours to drive from the airport to the Bo Kluea Salt Wells. Along the way, guests will enjoy stunning mountain views and pass by Highway 3, a popular spot for tourists to stop and take photos.
Lomhaijai Homestay is located in Ban Bo Luang Village, Bo Kluea Tai District, just 10 km from Sapan Village, which is about a 15-minute drive.
